About me and these terms
I am Lucy, an independent private companion based in Brussels. By sending an enquiry or proceeding with a booking, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.
The website’s contact form screens requests before displaying contact details; it does not send a booking enquiry. No meeting exists until you have contacted me directly and I have accepted the request and confirmed the details with you.
Eligibility and screening
You must be at least 21 years old and legally able to enter into an agreement. I may ask for reasonable information to confirm your identity, age, intentions, and the safety of a proposed meeting.
You must provide accurate information. I may refuse or cancel a meeting if information is incomplete, false, inconsistent, or raises a safety concern.
My independent choice and consent
I decide independently whether to accept, begin, continue, or end any meeting. I may decline without giving a reason.
No intimate act can be requested in advance, promised, or guaranteed. Consent is personal, specific, ongoing, and may be withdrawn by either person at any moment.
Rates, payment, and extensions
Published rates cover my reserved time and company only. Any applicable travel supplement for a location outside Brussels and its usual surroundings is agreed before confirmation.
Payment arrangements are confirmed privately before the meeting. A meeting may not begin until the agreed payment has been completed.
Any extension depends on my availability and agreement and must be paid at the applicable rate before the additional time begins.
Cancellations and lateness
Please communicate any change or cancellation as early as possible. Repeated late cancellations, a failure to attend, or serious lateness may lead me to refuse future enquiries.
If you decide not to proceed with an appointment after my arrival, for any reason, I will permanently refuse any future bookings from you. You remain free not to begin the meeting.
If you arrive late, the meeting may still end at the originally agreed time. If I am late, I make up the lost time where reasonably possible.
Photographs and variations in appearance
The photographs published on the website are authentic, recent, and representative of the companion’s general appearance. However, they do not guarantee her exact appearance at the time of the appointment.
Like anyone, the companion may occasionally have minor, temporary physical variations, including bruises, redness, marks, irritation, or other temporary features.
These natural and temporary variations do not constitute a substantial change in the appearance shown in the photographs and cannot, in themselves, be considered grounds for cancellation or a refund after the appointment has begun.
A client who considers, before the appointment begins and payment is made, that the appearance presented does not meet their expectations remains free not to begin the meeting.
Client-requested early termination and refunds
Once the meeting has begun and payment has been made, the amount corresponding to the minimum booked duration of 2 hours is non-refundable if the client changes their mind or personally decides to end the meeting before that duration has elapsed.
Any additional time offered as a commercial gesture is conditional on completion of the full minimum duration of 2 hours and cannot give rise to any refund or compensation if the client decides to end the meeting before that duration has elapsed.
If the meeting is ended at the client’s request after it has begun, no partial refund will therefore be made for the minimum booked duration.
Safety, hygiene, and conduct
You must arrive clean, sober, and respectful. Aggressive, coercive, intimidating, discriminatory, abusive, or unsafe behaviour ends the meeting immediately.
Protection is mandatory for any intimate physical contact, without exception. Any attempt to pressure me to disregard a boundary or safety rule ends the meeting.
Illegal activity, drugs, weapons, hidden recording, or the presence of an unapproved third person is prohibited.
Privacy and contact
I value your privacy and expect the same respect for mine. Photography, audio recording, video recording, publication, or sharing of identifying information requires my prior explicit written consent.
Contact is limited to genuine enquiries and confirmed arrangements. I do not offer virtual or remote services. Repeated unsolicited or inappropriate contact may result in blocking or reporting.
Right to refuse or end a meeting
I may refuse, cancel, or end a meeting at any time where I feel unsafe, uncomfortable, misled, pressured, or disrespected. Where a meeting ends because these terms were breached, no refund is due for unused time.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Belgian law, I am not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from an enquiry, cancellation, or meeting. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and governing law
I may update these terms when my arrangements or policies change. The version in force when a booking is confirmed applies to that meeting.
These terms are governed by Belgian law, and disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels.
