Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern every booking made with Dear Lucy (“the Agency”, “we”, “us”) and its independent companions (“the Companion”). Our services are reserved for clients aged 21 and over. By making a booking, whether by phone, message, email, or through our website or booking platform, the client (“you”, “the Client”) confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

Our services are strictly reserved for clients aged 21 or over. By booking, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old and may be asked to provide proof of age or identification.

Bookings may only be made on your own behalf. Booking on behalf of a third party without their informed consent is strictly prohibited.

A non-refundable reservation fee of €50 applies to every booking and is payable at the time of booking, either by bank transfer or via the payment option provided on our booking platform.

The reservation fee secures your appointment and is deducted from nothing else — it is separate from, and in addition to, the rate paid to the companion.

The reservation fee is non-refundable under all circumstances, except where the Agency itself cancels the booking.

The full rate for the booked duration is payable in cash, in advance, at the start of the appointment upon the Companion’s arrival.

All rates are non-negotiable. Any attempt to negotiate, haggle, or pay less than the agreed rate may result in the Companion ending the appointment immediately, with no refund.

Payment must be made in the currency and amount confirmed at the time of booking. We do not accept cheques, IOUs, or deferred payment of any kind.

The minimum booking duration is 2 hours.

Any request to extend an appointment must be made directly to the Companion present at the appointment. The Companion will confirm availability with the Agency before agreeing to any extension.

Payment for the extended time must be settled in full, in cash, at the moment the extension begins — before the additional time commences.

Extensions are subject to the Companion’s availability and are never guaranteed.

Travel costs are included in the advertised rates for the areas we ordinarily cover. The Agency reserves the right to request an additional travel contribution for locations outside our normal service area; this will always be communicated and agreed before the booking is confirmed.

We understand that plans can change, and we ask that any cancellation be communicated as early as possible.

A no-show, or a cancellation made with insufficient notice, is treated as a serious breach of these Terms.

Clients responsible for a no-show or late cancellation may be permanently banned from booking with the Agency in future, at our sole discretion.

The reservation fee is never refunded in the event of a client no-show or late cancellation.

Protection (condom use) is mandatory for any sexual or intimate physical contact, without exception. This is non-negotiable and no request to forgo protection will be entertained under any circumstances.

If a Client does not respect this rule, the Companion is entitled to end the appointment immediately, with no refund for any unused time.

The Companion may end an appointment at any time, without refund, if she feels unsafe, threatened, or uncomfortable for any reason.

The Companion may refuse to proceed with, or may end, an appointment on grounds of poor personal hygiene, or aggressive, disrespectful, intimidating, or abusive behaviour — again without any refund of time already paid for.

Clients are expected to arrive clean and presentable, and to treat the Companion with courtesy and respect at all times.

Photography, filming, audio recording, or any other capture of the appointment is strictly forbidden unless both parties give explicit prior written consent.

The Agency operates strictly within the law. Requests involving illegal acts, drugs, or any activity that could endanger the Companion’s safety or legal standing will be refused outright and may result in the appointment being terminated without refund and the Client being permanently banned.

Any form of coercion, threats, or attempts to pressure the Companion into acts beyond what has been agreed will not be tolerated and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

We take the privacy and discretion of our Companions and Clients equally seriously.

Contacting a Companion or the Agency for any purpose other than making a booking, or a genuine, serious enquiry about our services, is strictly prohibited.

We do not offer virtual, video-call, or remote services of any kind. Requests of this nature will be declined.

Companions must not be contacted or disturbed outside of a confirmed appointment. Repeated, unsolicited, or out-of-hours contact may result in a permanent ban and, where appropriate, being blocked or reported.

Personal details shared with the Agency (identity, contact information, preferences) are kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of managing your booking.

The Agency and its Companions reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking, or to refuse entry, at their sole discretion and at any time, including but not limited to concerns about safety, conduct, identity, or intent. Where the Agency cancels a confirmed booking, any reservation fee already paid will be refunded in full.

Dear Lucy acts as a meeting and booking service. Companions engaged through the Agency operate as independent providers. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from a booking, save where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or policies. The version in force at the time of your booking is the version that applies to that booking. Continued use of our services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium, and any disputes arising from them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels.

By proceeding with a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
